Looked them up online to see if they had king sheets in stock. The website said they had over 100 in stock for pick up. After I drove 20 minutes to get there I walked around for 15 minutes trying to find sheets or someone that could help me. Finally asked (what appeared to be the only employee in the store) where I could find king sized sheets. He directed me to a section that only had a few cal. king sets but no regular king. I asked him why the website said they had them in stock and he simply shrugged and said the website was wrong. Will never shop there again, on line or in person.
Execeptional customer service!
They have good stuff - we were looking for dinig chairs - but they were not available at this location
Ended up buying a few things- bathrobe, sheets, decor items etc.
Price wise also they had good deals as compared to the prices that you find in regular ppttery barn stores

First time visiting an outlet store and it was such wasting time. Most of the furniture was marked original price with 40% sign but most of wooden furniture were dumpster quality. Couldn’t believe they were still holding onto terribly chipped and damaged pieces to sell on still good prices. Just buy regular store items when they go on sale and get protected instead of getting junk with all sales final notes

I did not see much of any pottery, tight packed aisles seemed more of cluster than a display so not a lot of fun to browse. The staff was friendly I did not see a public restroom but that would have been a bonus.
Enjoyed being your security etc. Also during birth certificates I've received emails. New edition.
Wow! Casey at the Gaffney Pottery Barn Outlet is absolutely AMAZING. She goes above and beyond to service customers (less than an hour before closing) and was so kind. She was able to tell me exactly what I needed to know and was so professional and courteous during our entire conversation. She is the ideal customer service representative and I am so thrilled it was her that was able to answer my questions (compared to some other representatives that were not willing to help me.) Thank you Casey and thank you for such wonderful service!
Drove over an hour to go there and the store closed 3 hours early for the day. Posted nowhere online, I even called a couple days prior to ask about their hours. There was a paper sign taped to the door. Do better Pottery Barn! I just wasted a bunch of time and gas.
